Delivery and returns

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders to Denmark will be delivered within 1-3 working days
Orders to EU countries will be delivered within 3-10 working days
Orders outside the EU will be delivered within 5-15 working days

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during public holidays and that www.houseofvincent.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or if local customs authorities withhold the goods until local taxes and/or import duties have been paid.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

If you wish to return an item, you can use our returns portal using the link here: RETURN PORTAL.

You can always return your purchase within our return period, which is 30 days from the shipment date of your order.

With our returns portal you can easily return your purchase. All you need to use our return portal is your order number and the e-mail you provided at the time of purchase. Return shipping with GLS costs 45,- and will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive a QR code by email that you simply show at the nearest GLS parcel shop, after which they will print a label for you. 

The returned items must be in the same condition as you received them. It is of course allowed to try the item on. Pack the jewelry securely in the same packaging you received it in.

Bemærk at vi kun kan betale refunderingsbeløbet tillbage via samme betalingsmetode eller kreditkort, hvor ordren er lagt. Tilbagebetalingen vil ske kort tid efter at vi har modtaget varen/varerne og tjekket at de er i samme stand som da de blev afsendt.

Bemærk ligeledes at hvis der er betalt for fragt og købet fortrydes delvist, så tilbagebetales fragten ikke.

www.houseofvincent.com er ikke ansvarlig for forsvundne eller ødelagte pakker når du sender en pakke retur til www.houseofvincent.com. Derudover ydes der 2 års reklamationsret med disse betingelser som den danske købelov stiller herunder.
