Your personal data in the form of your email address is transferred to House of Vincent's data processor, who sends out newsletters on behalf of House of Vincent. The data processor is located outside the EU/EEA. Appropriate technical and organisational security measures have been taken in connection with the transfer and storage in accordance with the data processing agreement concluded.

 

7. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

We will delete your personal data when we no longer need to process it for one or more of the purposes set out above in paragraph 3. However, the data may be processed and stored longer in anonymised form.
